About the Event

The Best European Rally Raid

Every August, riders, teams and adventurers from more than 25 countries gather in Croatia.
They agree: The Dinaric is the best European Rally!

What they see is only part of the story.

Behind every stage, every checkpoint, every recovery and every finish line stands a team of dedicated people working together to make the rally happen. For the 2026 edition, applications are open for a limited number of crew positions.

Find Your Role

Some have been with us for years. Some will join for the first time. What matters is the same: responsibility, calm decisions and love for the adventure

Medical Crew

Medical support and emergency response across all stages. Priority given to doctors, nurses and paramedics.

Moto Marshals

Motorcycle-based field operations, rider support and route supervision. For experienced off-road riders.

Recovery Crew

4×4 recovery vehicles, field logistics and operational support. For experienced 4×4 drivers.

Safety Crew

Route supervision, access control and safety operations along the entire course.

Logistics Crew

Transport, equipment, bivouac setup and operational support throughout the event.

HQ & Operations

Registration, race office, checkpoints and event coordination from the centre of operations.

You’ll be there before the first rider arrives.
You’ll be there when the last rider reaches the bivouac.

Who We’re Looking For

Capable. Reliable. Motivated.

We welcome people with experience in rally raid and off-road events, search and rescue, emergency medicine, 4×4 operations or event logistics. Previous experience is an advantage – but not a requirement.

How It Works

Three steps. Then we meet in Knin.

Joining the crew is straightforward. No lengthy procedures – just three honest steps to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

Fill in the Form

Tell us who you are, what you do and what drives you. The application covers your background, relevant skills and the type of role you’re interested in. It takes about five minutes.

Interview

A short online conversation with the Dinaric Rally team. We talk through your experience, answer your questions and work out together where you fit best. Only shortlisted candidates reach this stage.

Your Role. Your Briefing. Your Rally.

Once selected, you get a clear role within the crew – not a vague job title, but a specific position with defined responsibilities. Before the rally, you receive a full briefing: what to expect, what to bring, who you’ll be working with and exactly what’s needed from you. Everything in writing, nothing left to chance.

Then –

See you in Knin.

A few days before Dinaric Rally begins, the full crew gathers in Knin for final preparations, vehicle checks and the crew briefing. This is where the team comes together for the first time – and where the rally truly starts.
